Grief Counselling
Losing a loved one is extremely difficult. If you have lost someone that you love you may feel completely alone and lost within your grief.
Generally within the first few weeks after a death there is a great deal of support. You may feel encouraged, understood and capable of dealing with your grief. As time goes on your support network re-establishes their life and may expect you to as well.
Grief is personal and every individual grieves in his or her own way. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, you need to follow your own path in a way that is right for you.
Psychotherapy can help you find that way. Having a safe place to grieve without feeling like you are burdening your friends or family can provide the haven you need to heal.
