This is a fun challenge for all of you out there. All those excuses we normally have for not losing the weight or taking the time to pamper ourselves, they are gone (unless you have small children at home). So let’s use this time of isolation to work on ourselves. Let’s focus on what we CAN DO! Let’s emerge at the end of isolation looking and feeling fabulous!
By keeping our thoughts and efforts focused on the things we have control over we increase our sense of personal power and lower that terrible feeling we all have right now… anxiety!
No more excuses, we have the time…TOGETHER WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS!
